The declaration says, 9 kinds of permanent organic pollution such as ten chlorine ketone are used in articles such as insecticide and fire-retardant pharmaceutical,etc. extensively, the representative participating in the conference decides, list them in " convention of Stockholm about the permanent organic pollution ", this makes the chemical material that is produced and used that this convention forbid increase to 21 kinds too.
Shi TaiNa, executive director of United Nations Environment Programme, says, it shows the harmfulness that the international community has already realized these 9 kinds of permanent organic pollution to revise the forbidden list of the convention, the governments of various countries should pay close attention to, reduce and forbid using these poisonous chemical materials finally.
